Minister says Russia needs to simplify hire of teenagers

MOSCOW, Oct 5 (PRIME) -- The Russian government plans to simplify the hire of teenagers in the digital and creative industries, Labor Minister Anton Kotyakov told President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday.

"Now development of digital technologies and creative industries allow really young guys to earn from their hobbies, write software, take pictures, blog, fulfill design orders. We suggest simplifying the hire of teenagers for these works," Kotyakov said.

He added that to do this, Russia needs to change legislation.
